WHAT “A RECKONING IN BOSTON” OFFERS YOUR COMPANY:

Businesses flourish in stable and cohesive societies.

How we build a sustainable, profitable and equitable community that respects and supports all its citizens, is the challenge “A Reckoning In Boston” throws down as it follows two formerly homeless African American residents from Boston's Dorchester neighborhood as they struggle to get their voices heard and help build a better community.

WHY SCREENINGS FOR CORPORATIONS?

An engaged, motivated workforce leads to higher business performance and positive brand image. Most importantly, more and more employees want the companies they work for to create meaningful change in the communities they serve.

Working with companies’ DE&I and Community Involvement departments, we tailor both in-person and remote screenings to help employees across your organization further understand the communities they live and work in, and the issues they face.

WE HAD A TERRIFIC EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH THE TEAM OF A RECKONING IN BOSTON. THE PARTNERS AND EMPLOYEES AT OUR LAW FIRM COULD STREAM THE FILM OR ATTEND A SCREENING WE HOSTED AT OUR OFFICE. THEY THEN COULD ATTEND AN IN-PERSON FIRESIDE CHAT WITH DIRECTOR JAMES RUTENBECK AND PRODUCERS KAFI DIXON AND CARL CHANDLER.

OUR TEAM MEMBERS WERE ABLE TO ASK QUESTIONS OF THE FILMMAKERS AND TO HAVE AN ENGAGING AND INSPIRING DISCUSSION WITH THEM ABOUT THE FILM’S THEMES OF COMMUNITY, RACE, AND EQUITY. WE RECEIVED LOTS OF POSITIVE FEEDBACK ABOUT THE EVENT. THANK YOU, JAMES, KAFI, AND CARL!
— Kate deLima Senior Talent Development and Equity Manager Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP
